Validating pre-employment assessments is important because statistical test validation is the only way to fully understand if there are compliance-related risks.
You start by sending us a copy of your job description and desired performance metrics for candidates. We help you create a customized assessment using questions from our Test Library and your own questions. Then we email the test to a diverse sample of employees who currently do the job and track and monitor the results matching employee performance data with test scores.
We analyze the results and send you a report that shows how closely the test correlates with the position requirements, and if it will accurately predict a candidate’s ability to do the job. If the assessment is not consistent with the job description and metrics you provided, we advise what changes are needed, and any questions you should add or remove.
