Chitquita McCarthur, MBA, Director of Talent Acquisition

Chitquita McCarthur is a Certified Human Resources professional with over 22 years of Human Resources and Management experience. She is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Acceptance Insurance and is responsible for managing and leading the Senior Talent Acquisition team while developing and deploying transformative talent acquisition practices and driving strategic human capital outcomes for the company.

Chitquita has her Master of Business Administration from Bethel University and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Middle Tennessee State University. Chitquita holds the designation of Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and is a certified Targeted Selection Interviewer Trainer from Development Dimensions International (DDI).
