Are you struggling to handle a large number of candidates for different kinds of roles?

Is your current skill testing or assessment process cumbersome or manual?

Learn how the City of Cincinnati innovated its recruiting process to increase its success rate and increase efficiency.

The City of Cincinnati had a complicated recruiting assessment process prior to using eSkill. The system scantron system was outdated. With a very large test bank, implementing skills tests was hard, and running reports and using the data was difficult.

The City of Cincinnati moved to eSkill because it is more efficient and the reporting is effortless. eSkill reduced manual rework and the need for SPSS for data analysis.

With eSkill the City reached significantly more applicants – they are now getting 30-40% more applicants with up to 80% placement rates. Candidates gave feedback about a better experience and department leaders consistently share positive feedback about the quality of the new hires.
