April has 15+ years of experience in human resources in leadership roles, overseeing and managing teams in various disciplines, employee relations, performance improvement, training, talent acquisition, and corporate staffing.  Throughout her career in human resources, April has championed initiatives in the DE&I space, ethics guidelines, employee engagement, policy, and procedure development. April is a DDI (Development Dimensions International) Certified Facilitator for leadership training programs and Targeted Selection Behavioral Interviews and a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) since 2005.  April earned a bachelor’s degree in communications management from Baldwin Wallace University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
