eSkill offers a large selection of assessment subjects covering many content areas, which can be configured into customized tests that fit your business needs. You can also build custom tests by manually selecting questions from our subject library.
We offer three kinds of products:
• eSkill’s Subjects are collections of questions that test specific skills from content areas.
• eSkill’s Subject-Based Tests are standard, time-effective assessments that allow for a complete evaluation of a candidate’s main skills in a given area of expertise. These are off-the-shelf, single-subject tests with 40 questions each.
• eSkill’s Job-Based Tests are standard, multi-subject assessments that allow for a complete evaluation of a candidate’s skills in all of the areas of expertise needed for a specific job profile, based on the employment market’s current requirements. With 40 questions each, these off-the-shelf tests combine a variety of job-related subjects and evaluate the skills typically required for specific job positions.
