Regency Recruitment and Resources Limited (Regency) is a 25-year-old HR solutions provider located in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago. It provides local and multinational firms with support professionals to fill temporary, contract, and permanent work assignments. As the leading staffing agency in the area, Regency offers a wide range of cost-effective and flexible HR management services such as expatriate orientation and outsourcing, business skills training, and payroll outsourcing.
Regency pre-screens candidates for support roles such as Auditing Clerk, Maintenance Tech, and Sales Administrator for placement with clients such as EXIM Bank, Repsol, Massy Distribution, and the Inter-American Development Bank.
Regency was using SHL as its assessment solution, but the management team decided to explore other solutions because they were unhappy with the level and quality of support and were not satisfied with the value they were receiving for the price they were paying.
