Elaine M. Coffman

Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Majorel

Ms. Coffman offers more than 30 years of human resources management experience, including 22 years in the BPO environment. Prior to joining now Majorel in October 2014, she was VP of HR for Advanced Call Center Technologies, headquartered in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Prior to that she served as Vice President of Global Training and Development for iQor. In addition to her Human Resource experiences, Ms. Coffman functioned as VP, Operations, for an inbound call center project, from August 2009 to June 2011. Prior to this she was Vice President, Talent, for six iQor call centers.

Her prior experience includes eight years as Regional Human Resource Director, OSI Collection Services, Inc. servicing 4 industry-specific divisions located in 26 OSI offices across 20 states. Her responsibilities include the oversight and development of recruitment, training, leadership development, associate relations, retention, succession planning, and change management.

Prior to joining OSI in January 2000, Ms. Coffman served nine years as Director of Human Resources for Florida Wire and Cable, Inc., Jacksonville, FL. From 1988 to 1991, she was Director of Human Resources, Quality Assurance and Program Evaluation, for Gateway Community Services in Jacksonville. She served as Plant Personnel Manager for Cargill, Inc., in Jacksonville, from 1985 to 1988.

Ms. Coffman is a current member of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM), in addition to having served on the board of numerous professional organizations.

During her career, Ms. Coffman has earned a number of professional-related awards:

Ms. Coffman holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from the University of North Florida, Jacksonville, Florida; a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the same university; and an Associate in Applied Science degree from Onondaga Community College, Syracuse, New York.

Senior Manager, Learning & Development, Apria

Annette Gonzalez is a Senior Manager with over 10 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. She brings “on the field” experience and expertise to her role along with a dedication to servant leadership. For the past 5 years she has supervised Apria’s tenacious Learning & Development Training team.

While at Apria she participated in a BPO launch in 2015, led training efforts to decentralize customer service operations in 2019, and most recently, created a Senior/Lead certification program. Since the inception of the Senior/Lead program, Apria has certified 107 Senior/114 Lead positions. Additionally in 2020 she led the RM Training team to revamp all curriculums and implement self-paced training as well as gamification while assisting with implementation of candidate skills assessment.

During her spare time Annette enjoys growing vegetables in her home garden, sewing scrub caps for local hospitals, and enjoys hiking with her dogs.

Brice Laris

Manager Human Resources, Cimetrix

Brice A. Laris finds, trains, and develops the best software team in the industry in his role as Human Resources Manager for Cimetrix, a Utah based company. Previously, Brice worked for Rocky Mountain Power for 14 years as a staffing manager, HR business partner and corporate trainer. Brice also worked for eight years at Discover Card in a variety of roles including IT, customer service manager and senior training specialist. A proud Parson, now Griffin, Brice is a graduate of Westminster College with dual bachelor’s degrees in business and communication; and a master’s degree in professional communication. In his time away from work, Brice, and his husband Kevin, enjoy traveling the world, watching Star Trek and attending as much live theatre as possible. Brice and Kevin are the proud dads of three cats: Chris Pine, Noonian Soong and Harry Kim. Brice is also on the board of directors for Volunteers of America of Utah, chairing the Human Resources Committee.

Hired at Pacifica in 2013 as an Office/HR Manager, Nicole has seen exponential growth at Pacifica Trucks, LLC. There were approximately 20 employees when Nicole started, and she built Pacifica’s HR Department from scratch. Nicole considers herself a highly empathetic person, loves people, and feels that human resources is a career path that she would like to stay on until retirement. Being the only “department of one” at the company, Nicole spends her days connecting with the employees and advising the management and executive teams in proper ways to handle various labor and employment issues. She hopes to be able to continue to establish meaningful programs for the Pacifica team that will help them all to grow and develop.

Juli Weber has been a training and HR professional for over 16 years, training individuals, managers and leaders in companies big and small, around the country and across industries. Juli is now the Director of Leadership Development, and was most recently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Conservice, a national leader in utility billing management, based in Logan UT.

In the past, Juli has worked for Malouf, The Purch Group Inc, the Huntsman School of Business as an adjunct professor, the Campbell Soup Corporation and the Pepperidge Farm brand, YESCO Electronics, and Hollywood Video in training and HR roles. Juli has also been a trainer for BATC’s Custom Fit program, since 2009, working with companies around
Northern Utah.

Juli is a Utah State University graduate with a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences and also has a Master of Management degree from the University of Phoenix-Online. She holds the PHR and SHRM-CP national certifications and has served on Bridgerland SHRM chapter board, for the past 10 years. She also served as the Conference Chair for the Utah Human Resource State Council (UHRSC), from 2016 to 2018. Juli currently serves on the board of directors for the Cache Arts and the United Way of Cache Valley.

Juli has been a speaker for National ATD, Utah Crossroads HR Conference, Utah ATD Conference, Utah ATD and Bridgerland SHRM chapters, Training Magazine Network, HR Tech Summit for North America and was a co-facilitator at Learning Solutions Conference & Expo.
