FAQs

If you want access to a dedicated Assessment Expert who can actively help you select or configure the most relevant assessments for your hiring or training objectives, you need a Basic, Premium, or Enterprise Subscription Plan. Your dedicated US-based expert can save you time and lend their expertise to your assessment programs. Also, if you need to assess more than 100 candidates per year, we suggest a Basic subscription or above.

If you are a small organization that hires fewer than 10 people per year, the Small Business Plan gives you access to our library of over 700 Standard pre-configured assessments and lets you test up to 100 candidates in a year. Basic tech support for you and your candidates is online, via email, and phone.

If you wish to upload your own skills test questions, use our Video Response, Free Response, or Team-Scored questions, or want integration with an Applicant Tracking System, you will need a Basic subscription or higher.

The eSkill Assessment Platform is available to use immediately when you sign up for our services. There is no need for an administrator to oversee and monitor the software. Every new client receives a training guide that contains all of the information you need to use eSkill.

During a live demo, we can show you content from any of our subjects, and provide a test for you to try out. We also offer pilot programs so you can see how eSkill works before committing to an annual subscription.
