This client, who will remain anonymous, is a wastewater management company that operates a 33-acre facility that services over 350,000 residents. Its responsibility of treating, disposing and delivering water to its population is crucial for its community, requiring operation of not only the treatment facility but also maintaining approximately 800 miles of underground pipeline that services its region.

The Situation

When COVID-19 hit in 2020, the client’s ability to perform their functions to the necessary quality level was compromised by shortages of qualified and skilled candidates to fill crucial roles.
